Return and refund

Return policy: If you need to return an item, it needs to be shipped back to PO Box 2429, Lebanon, TN, 37087. The item needs to be packaged well enough to be shipped to me without damage. See the type of packaging used to ship the item to you. Include a copy of your shipping charges and they will be refunded to you as well. You have a year after your initial date of purchase to return any item with no questions asked.

If you receive an item that has been broken or damaged during shipment to you, email returns@homespunkintsugi.com to make arrangements. In some cases, it may be possible to replace the item. If that is not an option, you must return the damaged item to get a refund. If a replacement is available, and you want a replacement, the damaged item must still be returned, but there will be no cost to you for returning it.

Refund policy: If the conditions of the return policy are met, a refund will be issued upon my receipt of the returned item. If the item is being returned for reasons other than damage, it must be shipped properly to ensure that no damage takes place during shipping back to Homespun Kintsugi. In the event that something is shipped back to me with no damage, but damage occurs, the cost of the damage will be subtracted from the amount being refunded to you.
